Our Story

Relaunch Collective was founded to bridge the gap between workplace inclusion efforts and the real challenges diverse professionals face during career transitions. Our deep understanding of the systemic barriers to inclusion enables us to provide practical solutions that help organisations retain and empower top talent.

Meet Our Founder

With over a decade of experience as a senior leader and clinician in healthcare, Fazila Jumabhoy, brings deep insight, compassion, and authenticity to her work. She is an ICF-accredited coach, a mother, a neurodiverse woman of colour, and a fierce believer in the power of inclusive workplaces.

Through her own lived experience of navigating career transitions - including parental leave, leadership roles, and identity in the workplace - she saw the gaps in support that too many people fall through and how organisations struggled to retain and recruit top talent as a result. Relaunch Collective was born from a desire to change that.

When she’s not coaching or designing inclusive strategies, you’ll find her mentoring future women leaders, spending time outdoors with her family, or dreaming up ways to make support more accessible through tech.

Fazila brings a visionary approach to driving Relaunch Collective’s mission to bring inclusive, impactful, sustainable practices to organisations.
